BLUEFLEX Accessibility Statement
BlueFlex Logic IT is committed to a website that everyone can use. Accessibility is part of the compliance discipline we practise professionally, and we hold our own site to the standard we would recommend to a client.
Our standard
This website is built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, consistent with the goals of Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with a logical heading order, navigable by screen reader
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- Text and interface colours meeting WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Reduced-motion preferences respected: animation is disabled for users who request it
- Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to mobile widths
- Interactive controls (including the self-check tool) labelled for assistive technology
- Plain language throughout, because jargon is a barrier too
